Description: Perfect for beginners or those who prefer to avoid floor exercises, the Strength & Balance classes focus on strength, balance and a secondary emphasis on cardio and mobility. Enjoy a standing or seated 50 minutes workout, followed by an optional 10-minute gratitude sharing session to end on a positive note.

👟 Equipment needed for the session: a lacrosse or tennis ball, an elastic band, light weights (2-5 lbs dummbells are ideal), a block or thick book and a chair.
Description: Designed for individuals with osteoporosis or those looking to prevent it, the OsteoFït classes offer safe and purposeful training. Enjoy a 50-minute session focused on strength and balance and safe movement for osteoporosis, concluding with an optional gratitude sharing segment.
